CIM TEK Cartridge Filter
The delivery filter is a water absorbing cartridge. This provides extra protection for engines that are refuelled at the station. These filters seperate and absorb any water that may be found in the diesel fuel. The adsorption of water gradually reduces the filtering capacity and increases the head loss caused by the filter. The filter must be replacded when it becomes saturated.

G.P.I Electronic Digital Meter
This meter is designed to be used as a part of diesel refuelling systems where the fuel flow is between 10 and 1000 litres per min.
The 01A31LM is a compact dynamo meter, which is placed at the nozzle to eliminate distraction when fuelling. It is highly accurate and consists of durable computer components that are powered by 2 AAA batteries that only have to be changed once per year.
The unit has been factory calibrated for use with gasoline, diesel and kerosene and has a large easy to read 4 digit LCD readout.

K33 & K44
The K33 and K44 mechanical flowmeters are designed for a high degree of accuracy when dispensing diesel and other compatible fluids.
The flow drives the notating disc which is connected via a gearing mechanism to register in the front cover.
Both meters are equipped with either a 3 or 4 digit resettable batch counter complete with marked tenths and a non resettable totaliser. The reset knob can be positioned on either side of the meter.
The body is made from cast aluminium and has a maximum operating pressure of 3.5.bar and can handle flow rates between 20 and 120 litres per min.

K600
The K600 is a rugged digital flow meter constructed of aluminum for working pressures of up to 70.bar.
Using oval gears, the K600 family of meters are suitable for measuring fuels and lubricant's and are available in 3/4", 1" and 1.5" either with a digital display or with a pulsar for connection to an external interface. The meter has a precision better than +/- 0.5% and can cope with flow rates between 5 to 150 litres per min. These higher flow rates enable a low head loss.

Diesel fuel dispensers with multi-user meter
CUBE 70 MC has been designed & manufactured to cater for the demand for a compact diesel-fuel dispencer for private use that is easy to install,ensures fast & precise dispencing & can only be used by qualified personnel. A dedicated software permits exporting data to a PC.
The compact body contains the nozzle holder, the pump and the meter. The electronic unit is able to control up to 50 users, including by means of a magnetic key, and permits dispensing with preselection. Data can be downloaded into a PC both by means of the magnetic key & by cable connection.

This dispenser is equipped with a sturdy and compact structure allowing easy access to internal parts for maintenance via hinged front door fitted with a lock. Internally there is a high capacity pump for fast filling fitted a high precision meter. Water absorption filters can be fitted inside or out to ensure the quality of the dispensed product.
The unit is able to control up to 80 users, including by magnetic key. PC linkup permits exporting performed dispensing operation data, to organize and control these according to need with the possibility of further transferring the data into a separate file.

OCIO - Continuous Tank Level Monitoring System
The OCIO is an innovative system to monitor the fluid level inside the tank. The system detects the static pressure generated by the fluid height by means of a small pipe inserted inside the tank and displays the fluid level or the volume.
The new design allows the user to obtain reliable and repeatable level indication.
The system is composed of :
The pipe with the probe for the static pressure detection.
The pipe with the probe shall run from the top of the tank and dip in the fluid all the way to the bottom of the tank.
The pipe connect the probe to the control unit pressure sensor.
The control unit with visual level display.
The Control Unit Contains :
The pressure sensor, which detects the pressure through the pipe connected to the probe in the tank.
Weatherproof membrane keyboard for durability.
Maximum and minimum alarm levels can be preset and relay outputs are available to drive external devices (5A max.) such as lights or sirens. OCIO allows the user to define the type of fluid being measured and to define the level indication and unit of measure.
The electronic display will give the user a continuous metering indication of level, volume and percentage of total capacity with high accuracy (+/-3%).
OCIO will measure a tank up to 4m in height.

Transend Probe
The Transend Tank Contents Measurement System comprises a tank sensor and a controlunit. The tank sensor measures the staticpressure of the fluid; which is proportional to thefluid level. An electrical signal is generated bythe sensor and transmitted to the control unit.The control unit has fully scaleable calibrationcontrols which allows adjustment to match thetank dimensions and the density a specific fluid. Two voltage outputs are provided to driveremote indicators and additional Bayham LevelSwitch Control Modules.An adjustable 4-20 mA output signal is alsoavailable for monitoring by other systems suchas a BMS or PLC.In addition, two relay outputs provide signals forlevel alarms or pump control. These can beindependently set for high or low level initiation.
