Cleanfill Control Anti-Spillage Valve

K33 & K44
The K33 and K44 mechanical flowmeters are designed for a high degree of accuracy when dispensing diesel and other compatible fluids.
The flow drives the notating disc which is connected via a gearing mechanism to register in the front cover.
Both meters are equipped with either a 3 or 4 digit resettable batch counter complete with marked tenths and a non resettable totaliser. The reset knob can be positioned on either side of the meter.

The body is made from cast aluminium and has a maximum operating pressure of 3.5.bar and can handle flow rates between 20 and 120 litres per min.

G.P.I Electronic Digital Meter
This meter is designed to be used as a part of diesel refuelling systems where the fuel flow is between 10 and 1000 litres per min.

The 01A31LM is a compact dynamo meter, which is placed at the nozzle to eliminate distraction when fuelling. It is highly accurate and consists of durable computer components that are powered by 2 AAA batteries that only have to be changed once per year.
The unit has been factory calibrated for use with gasoline, diesel and kerosene and has a large easy to read 4 digit LCD readout.

K600
The K600 is a rugged digital flow meter constructed of aluminum for working pressures of up to 70.bar.

Using oval gears, the K600 family of meters are suitable for measuring fuels and lubricant's and are available in 3/4", 1" and 1.5" either with a digital display or with a pulsar for connection to an external interface. The meter has a precision better than +/- 0.5% and can cope with flow rates between 5 to 150 litres per min. These higher flow rates enable a low head loss.

These diesel fuel transfer units are the result of careful design and represent a modern and inexpensive solution in the field of private fuel stations.

CIM TEC CARTRIDGE FILTER

The delivery filter is a water absorbing cartridge. This provides extra protection for engines that are refuelled at the station. These filters seperate and absorb any water that may be found in the diesel fuel. The adsorption of water gradually reduces the filtering capacity and increases the head loss caused by the filter. The filter must be replacded when it becomes saturated.
